Dual-Facility Complete Redundancy

Geographic Risk Distribution

Both of our facilities (Memphis, TN and Chandler, AZ) employ fully redundant systems. Redundant systems include facility, software, telephone, internet, and hardware.

Independent Operation Capability

Each facility maintains full-service integration including specialty pharmacy, patient support, and distribution operations with operational capabilities and scalable capacity to absorb increased volume during emergencies. 

Power and Infrastructure Redundancy

Comprehensive Backup Power

Our generators are capable of running both facilities for 7 days on a single tank of fuel. Backup power provisions are tested monthly to ensure reliability.

Technology Infrastructure

We maintain cloud backup and real-time monitoring of all hardware infrastructure with full system replication twice per day and full-time monitoring of any system downtime with immediate action.

Data Protection and Recovery

Comprehensive Backup Strategy

Our IT protocols ensure file-level and database-level backups using continuous data protection for point-in-time recovery. We use 3-2-1 storage with air-gapped offsite backups and immutable storage of data.

Cloud Recovery Capabilities

We maintain compute/storage/networking space in the cloud for recovery with DRaaS (Disaster Recovery as a Service) and use BitLocker encryption software for data at rest with TLS, SSL, or IPSec for data in transit.

Staffing Continuity

Remote Work Capabilities

All staff are equipped to securely work from home during localized events affecting travel. Approximately 80% of our staff have worked remotely since April 2020, demonstrating proven remote work capabilities.

Secure Access Protocols

Staff can only access Anovo’s information systems through multi-factor encrypted VPN, ensuring security during remote operations.

Testing and Validation

Regular Testing Programs

We perform comprehensive annual tests of all systems to ensure business continuity plans function as designed. Testing does not lead to system downtime and does not impact business operations.

Continuous Monitoring

All employees receive training on their responsibilities during disasters, delays, or pandemics. Plans are tested annually with evaluations by our Emergency Management Committee to determine needed modifications.
