When I help these patients, I feel like I'm making a difference in their lives. When I think about the people that are afflicted with these diseases, and equally importantly, the caregivers, that I have to take care of them. That's a really noble cause. And so it's just really important to me that we do a really great job taking care of them.

These patients are really unique. They have things that most people don't experience in their lifetime. So it just feels good knowing that. And I kind of get to be a small part of helping them work their way through this rare disease and these problems that they're experiencing, that are super unique. And that's something that really gets our employees excited to come to work every day. 

We're enthusiastic, we get out of bed, ready to go because we know we are coming in to help somebody.

So I love working for Anovo because I get to take care of these patients every day. I am obsessed with this job and would not want to do anything else.

It just makes me feel really good that we're doing something that helps them. We make their lives a lot easier. We go out of our way to do everything we can for them. And that just makes me feel really good at the end of every day.
